Body By Derby: Hard Knox Roller girls

Body By Derby is a figure study of active derby athletes to show the different body types of active skaters and the physical effects derby has on the players. Other Workout I work out 6 days a week. I lift weights and jump rope at the gym 4 days a week and practice with the team on Wednesdays and Sundays. When we have Saturday home games, then I work out 7 days a week!
Diet I'm a pescatarian so my diet includes fish but no other meat. For the most part, I try to eat pretty healthy but I can't deny that I love chocolate chip cookies and brownies. Naughty!
Laps in 5 minutes unsure. I skated 27 laps this year but it wasn't my best time. I'll need to skate them again to improve.
Previous Athletic Experience I did run track back in the day and was a cheerleader for a bit. I have always enjoyed playing outside, hiking, biking, etc. but derby is what turned me into a very proud and strong athlete!
