Body By Derby: Mo-Kan Roller Girlz

Other Workout I run 2 or 3 times a week, attend a strength training circuit class 2 times a week and a Pilates class 1 time a week at my gym. These classes help make me accountable :) I also like to do squat challenges & various workouts I find online at home.
Diet I've been Vegan for 2 years, but allow myself crab legs a few times a year. :)
