I think I was handed a ball as soon as I could hold one, and just never really put it down. Eventually I narrowed it down to volleyball, softball, dirt bikes, and swimming. But then I found roller derby. |

Diet | That's one of my downfalls. I spent most of my childhood/young adult life dieting, so now I workout to enjoy eating pretty much whatever I want. I know as I age, I'm going to need to change this and can hopefully jump on the healthy eating bandwagon with the rest of my team! |

I try to do some form of physical activity 5-6 days a week. |
Diet | I exercise a lot, so I want to get the most out of what I'm putting into my body. Lots of lean protein (chicken and fish), vegetables, whole grain carbs, I stay away from processed foods, and I'm strict about portioning. All of that being said, I really enjoy pizza, donuts, cheeseburgers and beer, so I do consume those things at times. |
