Other Workout | I try to do Crossfit at least twice a week. Several of my teammates and I are a part of Crossfit Commence. We try to motivate and encourage each other during WODs. I also try to bike, go hiking, and run with my husband on the weekends. |
Diet | Not really. I decided to cut out soda this past year and have slowly been trying to cut down the amount of sugar I consume. My big thing is just trying to balance out what I'm eating. However, that being said, I am not one to back down from eating a nice juicy burger, with a side or fries, and a shake, or some good old BBQ! |

However, after my first year in high school I changed course a little bit and got involved with drama and art instead. When I went to college, I ended up getting involved with ballroom and swing dancing, helping to teach and sometimes even entering into swing dance competitions. |
